Disgustingly appalling service !!!

Absolutely disgusting and *********** ! Since last week Monday I have visited 7 MTN stores, 2 Istores and sent 6 e-mails just to do an upgrade. Yesterday I visted MTN Menlyn, I was told my upgrade has been successful and that a courier company will be in contact with me this morning to arrange the delivery of my Iphone 11 256GB. I just received a phone call from a gentleman in Duran who is an MTN representative contact no: ***, he wanted to know how my connectivity service has been. I informed him of my whole situation, he then said it is impossible that I could have done an upgrade for the Iphone 11 256 GB as they have no stock available. Does anyone at MTN know what they are doing or what is going on there ??? I am so sick and tired of this absolutely useless company !
