Disgusting useless Customer service agents MTN

I purchased a Bozza gigs data sim card on the 25th March to date the data is still not reflecting in my sim card, I have called the customer useless careline which none of the agents know what they are selling as a business and can provide assistance. The agents are extremely rude and dismissive, Zikhona (Prepaid agent) dropped the call in my ear. Can anybody help me or please transfer my money back into my account if you cannot fullfill your end of the deal MTN
