disgusting treatment

I am trying to upgrade yet no1 can find my account my accounts all sit on the old system "mycustomer" and everyone works on "ilula". I cannot seem to get assistance ever i have had constant issues with mtn since july and this continues today alone i have been transferred 48 times. I am in disbelief.
