Disgusting treatment

The staff at the Clearwater branch in Roodepoort Gauteng do not give a damn about the customers Do not even acknowledge you, talk to you while looking at their computer Cancelled contract with them and they don't inform you of billing that is still outstanding Call centre puts you on hold for 20 minutes because they are not interested in hearing about your frustrations. MTN wants to take legal action against me for R220 can you believe it??? Disgusting how dare they threaten legal action when they are the reason that I cancelled. They wouldn't upgrade the line because I am under debt review!!! I despise MTN
