Disgusting Threats and years of unwarranted collections

December 2018 we cancelled out cellar line instore at MTN woodlands Pretoria. In January 2019 we sent MTN a message indicating the last payment did not go off and again reinterated that the line should be cancelled in which case the debit order went off immidiately and the agent indicated that a follow up will be done to have the line cancelled. June 2019 a Recoveries lawyer contact us with an outstanding amount of R3000 is owned on the account and needs payment. Rep**** to the email with proof that we did all in our capacity to cancel and this was an unfound request. Now a year and and 3 mnts later again Joson Cooper recoveries are demanding over R4000 for unpaid bills. This is utterly disgusting to be bombarded for these threats and unwarranted emails as it shows how hard up SA companies are to pick on those who have done their part and now will also be brought down with ungoverned communications and processes.
