Disgusting *****sters

MTN is the worst company or service provider off all time I am in debt review due to their sales consultant greed and push to make a quick buck(Commission) which has lead me not being able to take any kind of loan or open an account. I took a cell phone contract in July 2018 if I am not mistaken and the agent that was helping with the contract Warren from MTN branch in Musgrave Centre **** after I asked before I took the contract that since I am a person who work on ships with no access to phone connection if I took the phone will their be a need to cancel the contract when I have paid up and I was told no and I told him I don't want the contract to come with a SIM card because I don't need it i just wanted a phone. But he did explain that it's compulsory to take the SIM but he assured me it's not a contract one because I didn't need any of the services that came with it . When I paid up the contract during COVID time they kept on debiting my account without me acknowledgment when I viewed my statement I was already owing R3000 which showed ***** onMtn side because I was paying for the services of a sim card I never used not even one they couldn't help me by telling me to use it at least since they could tell it was not in use . My life is stagnant due to MTNs greed
