Disgusting so called service from MTN

<div>Need urgent assistance regarding fixing status of account at the credit bureau, been on the phone all day Friday and at two different branches nobody can help, this needs to be done soonest due to the account blocking me from a home loan application. The number I was given to call collections just rings no answer, ***. So called service champions advised you can only receive a closed or settlement letter if your account has been handed over. I even emailed the CEO Ralph Mupita I received no response, this is the most disgusting service I have received after been a faithful long term client will never use them again and do not recommend them as first choice if you desperate then yes. I have been sent from pillar to post, lots of Escalations, ref numbers but no resolution in site. I need urgent assistance as my home has been sold and need a home loan or be homeless as the bank has picked up that MTN has incorrectly defaulted me. False information has been given to the credit bureau which now affects my ability to apply for a loan for a home. I explained my situation to every agent I spoke to including the agents on Facebook and nobody has bothered to help me. I think I will need to contact my lawyers at legal wise so this can be resolved.</div>
