Disgusting services and processes

Where is my money? I cancelled on time and gave in the wifi router!!! Youve had the useless router since early april!!! Ive called the Branch and your Customer care!!! Where is my refund for the debit order that went off!!! I received no help because there is a work number on my account THAT I DIDNT ADD and I have no damn clue what else has been messed on my profile but I do not owe you money! I followed your processes and still I am being messed around!!! Take my details of your system and pay my money back!!!! Whats the point in following your processes and you keep messing my stuff up! Wasting more of my time! I regret the day I ever listened to anyone about MTN ! What an absolute nightmare! There were no rejected debits orders and no delayed payments SO STOP searching for more excuses! I have heard them all!! Pay back the money and delete all my damn details from your system!
