Disgusting service***

My father took a second contract for myself. Initially we were there for a iPhone7 which was on promotion for R349 it was available. However they convinced me to go for a P20|PRO which would be accompanied by the P8 Lite, which I took as my husband didn't have a phone as well, so we considered . And that we take it for 36 Months and he hen stated we had to pay for sim-cards for theses phones this was just a couple days before the 25th of July and we didn't have a cash then as we get paid the 25th so advised we will pick up the phones the Wednesday and he was oaky with it.

However after we went home with no phones, I had a long thought of this. Requested my husband to call Shaun (the MTN Consultant) to cancel this and we will be there to take the iPhone 7 and the Samsung Galaxy 6+ as this amount of P20|PRO will amount to same if we were to take it for 24 months as both these phone would be each R349 and amount to R700 and would be even less then taking the P20|PRO for 24 months, nonetheless.

I went to MTN in Century City, firstly to find out of these sim card to be paid in cash and the gentleman advised only one sim for the P20|PRO is payable not the other as it is free and cancellation can be done as we haven't been invoiced and we haven't took the phones so there will be no penalties this they will have to escalate and will take up to four days and then we can start afresh. With that being said. I decided the agent has a lot of lies to cover himself let me just go ahead because this is being done by my father and I can't allow him with the ups and downs

so we had to now take the phones and it took about three days to get the phones as the other sim they app**** for sim swop which you cant do so for the free sim card it isn't possible they had to escalate this now and that was a hold in getting my phone. initially ont his third day he had to call the manager and he advised the phone can be handed over but we will get manual invoice so long.

I got the phone on the 29/07/2018 both of them besides the other phone being active , when we received the phone we were told that within14 days we can still apply for insurance which will be about R300 do have been waiting since then and no feedback was given of the second free sim card which we will be getting R55n worth of airtime. I made contact with Shaun via Whatsapp on the 17/08/2018 and he read al my complainants or rather enquiry but didn't bother to text back or call me.

Shaun an MTN consultant received his commission from Huawei and didn't bother of a best service for myself husband and father.

This has been pathetic because I received my invoice by text which is due on the 01/09/2018. and still the second sim card is not active at all and he advised today the 23/08/2018. and he confirmed that he sent through an email to department and they still haven't got back to him.

It is sickening , annoying, disgusting and pathetic. I regret changing my mind to an iPhone seven and not taking a step of cancelling everything. it is not MTN but the agents or this one particularly. SHAUN (MTN CONSULTANT) AT VANAGATE MALL, CAPE TOWN
