Disgusting service to their clients

During June 2016 I was contacted by the call centre offering me an upgrade on my contract. I advised the lady that I only qualified later for an upgrade on my phone. She called back with the details and when giving the telephone number I advised her that it was not my contract phone number but my 1gig data ****le at R79.00 and that she must please reverse everything to how it was prior to her adding on. I was advised that this had been done. We used the ****le late March 2017 to read emails when the internet service was done and without being notified, some download commenced which we were not aware of at all. When we wanted to use the ****le the next day, there was no gigs available and on visting the MTN Store to enquire, were advised that something downloaded to the amount of R9825.64. MTN logged a call on the 06 April and we logged another call on the 08 April. I logged another call again today. We were advised by MTN that the contract had not been capped to 1 gig as it originally was and that there was a credit limit of R1500.00. This mistake was made by and MTN employee so why should I as a customer be held responsible? MTN do not value their customers and never return calls - we were told by the call centre that the legal department would contact us - did not happen.
