Disgusting Service & ****** Airtime/Data

I am very disappointed with the poor customer service of MTN. I have used mtn since 2002 and I never thought for a minute that the customer call service is so bad up to its manager, Jack. I called 30 April to inquire about my airtime and data bundles that had suddenly disappeared despite the fact that that I received my monthly top up airtime of R200 on the 12 of each month and I buy data bundles of R85 which is all I need for the month since I have wifi in my place. I left the country on the 20 April and the last call I made on that day was around 10h29 and I had airtime of about R119...I have not used my phone except to intermittently check text messages nor I have access to internet during my stay out of the country, from 20 April-30 April but I only realized that I had about R25.00 when I got back on 30 April and 0 data. I called several times to try to inquire about what happened during this time that depleted my airtime and data but I had 8 different stories from 8 different consults. the stories ranged from my airtime having expired to my query being escalated to the Billing Department. when I called back the customer services to get the URL report on my account, I was told that the Billing Department said my airtime was used for data, This story is nonsense at its best because my phone is off and I do not even access what's up services.

I need your assistance to get a clear story of what exactly happpned to this account because this same thing happened between March 7 to March 17. This time, I did not follow up because not much air time was lost and I had my data intact.

I hope I can get a concrete answer of what happened to my airtime and why my bundle shows zero on my phone and yet I was told on 30 April that I still had R138.8. Despite the customer services manager, Jack who advised me to switch off phone for 10 minutes, take out sim card and my data will reflect, To this day may data does not reflect. I am actually contemplating to leave MTN for Cell C as I had been advised by many of your customers who received the same shoddy inconsistent treatment.
