Disgusting Service Provider

Who is better between MTN, Eskom and JHB City Power? Eskom & City Power at least gives notice when they will have load shedding or power outages with follow-up updates, where MTN does not notify their clients of any Towers that are down. The Winchester Green Shopping Centre Tower has been off since 15:00pm on Sunday 24.07.2022, yet I received no notification. I had to call in today to find out the Tower is down, so I have no internet for the entire day yet I am on a contract. I think this is *******. Also its the 25th of the month, I still have not even received my monthly statement. What is going on at MTN???? I have this contract for 2 months and I am disgusted with the service I have been receiving so far. Same thing happened last month where I had no internet for 5 days as the Tower was down and to date no response to my Hello Peter query. Sies!
