Disgusting service!!! Paying for services I cannot use:

I am utterly disgusted and unhappy with the service from MTN and now you want to increase my fees! I’m paying for services I cannot use, I have complained and escalated issues numerous times! I am so upset, I’m now contemplating taking legal action.
