Disgusting service MTN offers to their customers

Bad service, unprofessional and very rude customer service agents I will never take any contract with MTN again. I took out contract with these people October 2022 and I have been paying every month. On Saturday 8th July 2023 then disconnected my phone and I called them several times with no help. I was asked to send proof of payments but each consultant and I sent it to 5 different agents already. I am so disgusted by MTN actually words cannot express how I am feeling at the moment.
