Disgusting service-MTN Clear Water!!!

Worst service ever from MTN Clear Water Mall! Especially from a lady by then name Nthebo as a person of color she saw no need to assist me. She left me unattended and proceeded to the staff room, where as a paying client I sat on the phone trying to chat to the call centre agent to assist with the fast tracking of the OTP. I repeatedly kept requesting that her ***orkers call her from the staffroom so she could better explain to the call centre representative what was wrong with the OTP. I am Absolutely disgusted with this MTN store. I was at the store for way too long and told her I nolonger want the phone any longer i needed her to assist with canceling the contract. She advised she can't do it on her system i should wait for her manger. I waited for a good 20mins the manager was never seen. There was no indication of the store manager after waiting for another 15 minute or so. She didn't even try to phone her manager on her cell or ask her ***orker where the management had gone. This is absolutely pathetic from this store. I have further logged a complaint till today I haven't received any acknowledgment of my complaint.
