Disgusting Service MTN

Firstly, rating is zero service.On the 3rd November 2023,I upgraded my account with MTN. An amount of R481.40 to effect delivery of the router with new simcard was deposited into their account. Up to today, I haven't received my order never mind MTN said vetting will take about two weeks from date of approval. No help from the initiator of contract in their Sales Department, Shalleen and also Sales Department, Mr Chili up to this day. For your information, I've been with MTN for more than 5 years. I'm disgusted.
