Disgusting Service just for a simple sim swap

Disgusting, shambolic, unprofessional and lack of customer service. MTN Carlton Center branch has all of those above. MTN claims to be the Bozza network? In what? Disgusting Service? you surely excellent in that field. I went to your branch in Carlton Center Johannesburg to receive disgusting from your consultant Nkuli Zwane. Who was not even interested since i came to do a sim swap for a prepaid number. Mademe to activate my number with my own using my own phone where as MTN has those small Alcatel phones for that, with a disgusting attitude and even told me that will be all you can leave. Didn't even ask is there something else to help me with? Is it just because I didn't go for a contract upgrade? Just because i'm a Prepaid user? She does even know why I had to do a SIM Swap because I got ****** my phone but yet you still get this disgusting service. Is it right for me to go back and forth in the same branch since the 03/10/2019 Didn't even give me the Customer Care reference number I had to go back and ask for that. I have been going back and forth in the same branch with no solution and when i called the customer care they told there was no attached documents that was sent. What is that? Seriously I took my time to go to the Police station to do an Affidavit and certified my ID copy for this disgusting service. On top of that they make it like you have to beg for their service. I don't owe them a single cent for that disgusting service or is it the matter of a skin color again? To even chase me away from your desk. You claim to be the Bozza network now we all know why you can't claim to be the number one service provider because of that disgusting service. Even when I came back to request for my reference number she denied that she did my SIM SWAP until i asked her to check her documents before she ****ed me off as an ID copy and Affidavit are legal documents that you can't just misplace or lose. She can't just say I never gave her. Sies I'm even wondering why i'm loyal to this network, Is it worth it? You can follow up the reference is *** sim swap .
