Disgusting service. I want my money

MTNs service is ****** disgusting. I am very disgusted by the service I got from their call center agent called Yonela. They owe me money yet they keep deducting from my account. When I went to the walk-in center to return the router I was told they would refund me instead of doing that you keep deducting for God knows what reason I want my money. The month to month contract was canceled due to the fact that there was no coverage in my area despite the fact that when we check on their systems it show that there is, but when I got home the router was not connecting.
