Disgusting service from NOXOLO in the sales department!!!

Noxolo from the Sales department dropped my call and transferred me back to the queue, this was when I said I do not recall if the home router application was a sim only or not and asked her to check on the system, what level of incompetence is this?

Also, why did the sales department proceed with running a credit check on my profile and submitted my application for a home router even after being informed that I do not want to proceed with the application? This is *****!!!!
