Disgusting service from MTN, they only know how to deduct the money but when it comes to provision of the services they lack big time . Dololo🚮🚮🚮

It's been a week now without my home router working 🚮🚮 I contacted MTN on Monday trying to find out why I don't have internet and the lady who was assisting me told me to switch off my router for 40 minutes and switch it on after it will work, I did as per instruction my still it was not working, I gave it 3 days still was not working I called in again yesterday and the person who was assisting me told me that the problem will be fixed within an hour but still it has not been fixed i then called in again today still couldn't be assisted , that time the debit order went through , they took their money but still fail to render the services . I'm so mad and disgusted with MTN 😡they must just say if they don't want to render services anymore I will simply reverse the debit order and join other service provider. This is unacceptable 🚮🚮🚮
