Disgusting service from MTN Springs

I am so angry and regret ever walking in to MTN in springs on Tuesday 5th of January 2021. I went to springs to purchase a screen protect for my Huawei P40 5G, when the lady assisted I was abit doubtful to purchase from there because they all didn't want to fit the protector for me because they all said they can't. But the lady went at the back to ask if they can fit it for me and someone not sure who said she should bring it. I paid R200 and the screen protect was fitted. On Thursday the 7th of January the screen protector just came out on its own. Like it did not have any glue nothing and it did not stick anymore. Today on Tuesday the 12th of January I went back to let them know about the product that they sold to me. Funny how the lady reminded me how doubtfull I was at first. The manager Sibusiso came out and told me that he won't replace the screen protect. "no customer service at all, ****** rude even" I am so angry that I paid R200 for something that didn't even last a week. The screen protector has a little scratch and after explaining to the manager that the scratch might have happened while the glass protector was in my bag he was less interested that angry and not satisfied about their service, he didn't care at all.

The way things were at first the consultant that assisted me today was ****ed that the lady did not give me or put the packaging of the protector safe, then right after that the manager comes out and tells me different story. I could have just went to Pakistan and bought a screen protector for R40 but because I wanted quality I choose to go to MTN and that was the worst decision I could have taken
