Disgusting service from Mtn

On the 4 of July a consultant call from Mondo at the time we were under the impression he was from Mtn, he said Mtn wants to offer us a discount of R60 on our contract ( cell and data). We said to him after trying to make changes to our deal that we don't want any thing different from our existing contract. We were told that we have 10 working days to verify the deal at a Mtn store. We did on the 14 July. We was told this consultant messed out account. We were directed to Mondo to cancel. We have made numerous call to Mondo and Mtn as of today we had no feedback from anyone. We have since blocked our bank account and will eft our payment.
