Disgusting service from MTN

I am so disappointed with the service that I have been receiving from MTN for my refund upon my contract cancellation , I have been sent from Pilar to post, their so called “service champions” are the worst.

I spoke to different people about this and all of them said they would get back to me but I haven’t received any communication whatsoever.

This is very disappointing, especially from such a big company, this is very bad. It’s one of the reasons I canceled my contract to even begin with.

Now they won’t pay back my money.

I was dealing with Thando Zungu, Kgomotso Modisaotsile and Siphumelele Dlamini, none of these people got back to me. I’m actually quite disgusted with the service from MTN.

I called again today and everytime when they transfered me to retentions , they dropped the line .

I hope you guys sort this out ASAP because I need my money .
