Disgusting Service From MTN

Good Day, I would just like to share my terrible experience with MTN, I have tried over a few weeks and several emails to get hold of a document I need urgently . no response given whatsoever.. I keep on receiving a automatic response saying someone will get in contact with me within a few days to date no one has made an effort to contact me or respond to my email. Is this the level of Customer Service you provide to your clients, well you can be dead sure that once I am done with MTN I will never in my life do any business with you again, I would rather go to a different service provider, and be sure that I will also not have any good words about MTN when friends and others ask me about it.
