Disgusting service from MTN

I have never been in my life been so disgusted by a company and I will never ever purchase anything from them, I placed an order online mid July and this was cancelled and I was not advised of this I then placed another order on the 7th of this month and the order has been in an open status since and none of their agents have been able to assist me but rather I'm being moved from pillar to post, I have even logged a complaint with the complaints team and nothing.
