Disgusting service from MTN and Mondo

I think we all have grown accustom to bad service however what I have been dealing with is beyond band service, it is actually ***** as MTN has been *****uently debiting my account and after referring my complaint to Mondo and upon them finding that my claim was ligit and promising a refund I have been waiting another month and now when I follow up with Mondo or MTN they reques all the details they requested in the beginning. Honestly I wish I never entered into the agreement with MTN in the first place.
