Disgusting service from Mtn and Huawei staff Liberty Mall Pmb

Good afternoon ,i have received terrible service from Mtn in Pietermaritzburg liberty mall [Next to Woolworths ],We took out 2 contracts over one and a half months ago ,the chap who helped us was Martin,we took of the latest huawei phones and was promised R2500-00 zando vouchers ,its almost 2 months now and we have been running up and down with promises from the Huawei useless staff tha t will be sorted out ,what kind of a service is this ,Martin does not even help to sort this out ,i called Martin on friday he put me through an Huawei agent who promised to sort it out and call me back ,still no response ,i called Martin today 25/03/19 he sai d a manager will call me ,wait ed 15 mins still no call ,after 3 attempts Martin tell me all Huawei staff are on training ,is this the way Mtn treats their customers .I am going to cancel both the contracts and let my attorney take legal action against Mtn.
