Disgusting service from MTN Agent Nonhlanhla Mbele

I just go off the call with Nohlanhla Mbele from MTN and i must say i am disgusted at the way she spoke to me,she was rude, sounded like she didn't want to help me at all. I explained to her that i have been calling MTN since 2018-12-14, and no one wants to help me. Instead im being told one and the same thing,and being sent from pillar to post. I asked to speak to the manager and i was still given attitude by her about why i still want to speak to the manager as he/she will just say the same thing she told me, I dont know how many more people Nonhlanhla has dealt with but is she really the type of agents that MTN are truly proud to have assisting their clients. The service i received was pathetic and plain disgusting
