disgusting service from MTN

I usually pay my MTN account via EFT every month and is paid to date the 30/04/2024 and when i called them on the 30/04/2024 a lady Thembekile Xulu mentioned to me that i am 90 days in arrears but she was very helpful but i did mention that i was not pleased with the service and them telling me that i am in arrears as i am not. i sent her all my proof of payments for the monies to be allocated so definitely somebody is not doing their job in finance.

i called back and a very rude lady Vivian Mkhabele took my call at customer care and i did tell her that this was bull**** accusing me of being in arrears, she blatantly told me to stop swearing or she will end the call and i told her to do so and she ended the call. what disgusting service from MTN and such rude customer care consultants. i have this contract with them for years now
