Disgusting service from Mtn

After phoning the 808 number to upgrade my current contract, I was assisted by Angelique.

At that point I was asked to verify my details and of course had to give my I.D number which I have done.

However when RTT came to deliver my phone, the incorrect I.D number appeared on the invoice and new

contract, and rightely so the phone was taken back so that the phone could be returned to Mtn and the I.D number fixed.

Since then I have phoned repetitively to try and find out what is happening as I am now still waiting for the phone to be delivered.

If you are lucky, someone might answer your call after holding on for half an hour.... and at some point I was told by the person who answered the call that his department can not assist me, I must call

********** 667......WHICH WAS THE EXACT SAME NUMBER I DIALED IN THE FIRST PLACE!

So after numerous calls, many many wasted hours I still do not know when I will have my phone.

So at the moment I am paying for a new contract and phone which I don't have.

And all this could be avoided If the sales person used my correct ID number to start with.

By giving out uncontactable numbers and having *********** staff who put you through from one person

to the other Mtn has managed to make this a very unpleasant, frustrating experience.
