Disgusting service from MTN

I have been waiting for my phone for a contract that I have opened for a week with no updates from MTN and when I get in contact with the store I get the worst attitude and rude remarks! I have wasted my whole leave from work running around wailing my time with rude consultants and no apology and still no phone!!! What a disgusting way to treat a loyal customer!!!
