Disgusting service from mtn

Dear Mtn

I'm glad that one of my lines is due to expiry. What I went through loosing my bag and the treatment I got from Ishmael Mbalane made me to make a firm decision - you've lost me as a customer.

I put my claim through and after few days of not communicating from your part, I followed up until it was approved.

When I started with Ishmael Mbalane all was good until I asked him if there is a way I could get a different phone from the one I was using, and he told me no - their job is to replace the phone with the same phone unless they don't have it.

I asked to speak to someone senior that him and he said I will be told the very same thing and I told him I will take my chances. He then transfer me to some dead line which rang unanswered. I called back again and spoke to him, he then change the story and told me they will not be replacing my instrument with the S7 instead he gave me options of some cheap phones and told me he will transfer me to someone who will take the delivery adress from me.

I got transfered to another lady that I gave the delivery adress to

He then sent me a message that my claim is pending .....and got asked which colour am I choosing between black and gold? I chose gold on A3.

Guess what? Today I received a black A3 phone after choosing the gold phone and no one bothered to inform me otherwise.

Last year before I got the S7 I had to pay amounts that I was not sure of ......they kept blaming Autopage......i settled those amounts and was informed that the policy has been updated.

I'm not sure whether Ishmael downgraded me out of spite or what buts it's okay......i will not be upgrading with Mtn and I request my number to be converted back to prepaid after the contract is finished - I brought my number to Autopage as prepaid and I want it back as prepaid after the contract is finished.

I'm so dissapointed in Mtn after tolerating your disappearing data and airtime for years.......and this is how I get thanked!!!!

Thanks for nothing Mtn
