Disgusting service from MTN

Pathetic service, no one knows what is happening, no accountability just empty promises. I have been phoning MTN everyday at least 3 times a day with no one taking initiative of resolving my problem. customer service is powerless, that department just needs to be closed, head office is useless and pathetic in their services, I have sent Pat Mamane numerous email and she never responds.

Is there anyone working at MTN who can help to respond and assist me the open my Router? after all my payments were allocated into the wrong account.
