Disgusting service for MTN

Absolutely disgusting service from MTN. An on going problem reported in February 2023 is still unresolved, leaving an 80 year old state pensioner at risk of having her cellphone cut off, a cellphone of which is her only means of communication, for the second time. All due to MTN's unwillingness and refusal to communicate with their customers. You are shunted from dept to dept for hours on end, all the while they expect you to pay a cancelation fee for a service you are not receiving. Just when you think a problem has been resolved, you find yourself back at square one and the person that assisted you and assured you that the matter was resolved now refuses to take your calls. I will not recommend MTN to anyone.
