Disgusting service

MTN Direct is soooo useless. I have app**** for a data simcard with router and they approved the simcard only and not router but you need to use the simcard on the MTN router, how stupid is that? I then app**** online and they tell me they cant assist me because the store application is not closed. whose problem is that cause i told the store consultant to close that application if they cant give the simcard with router. I mean I qualify for a homeloan and they decline to give me a router, how stupid is that????
