Disgusting service!!!!!!!!!!!

I’m disgusted by the service I’ve gotten from MTN! I’ve been a customer for years and i has 3 contracts with them that ended this year, the first too ended okay but the last one I’m having issues with! The contract was supposed to end at the end of October and a few days before it ended i was contacted by someone in the sales department by the name of Christian, he wanted me to renew my contract and i told them no i don’t want it renewing when it ends it must cancel. He hung up and a few minutes later i received an email stating the cancellation of the contract has been removed to 18th November, i called several times asking for assistance regarding this and i was told that they can’t remove the cancellation notice anymore but i would not be debited for this contract that they extended on their side as it wasn’t my fault because I CLEARLY STATED I WANTED TO CANCEL!!! Now they have taken R320 from my account and i need to buy my child’s Christmas clothes! I need my money back now! I have been calling this morning and 4 people already said they are transferring me to the contracts department but they keep hanging up on me before they do so, i took the last persons name and it was a girl called Nothando Mzimela. She also didn’t put me through to contracts she hung up. I want this resolved!!!! Horrible service!!!!!
