Disgusting service ever

My contract with mtn has ended in January 2025 but instead of canceling it as an stop without continuation,They forcefully assigned my personal mtn number into another data contract without my concern. It took me 3 months since struggling with the cancellation hence it was due.I had to lodge my complain with the complaint department within were I thought I was finally off the hook after processing the cancellation. I got email from the very same Bianca lady who was the one assisting with the cancellation instead she opened another contract on my line without my knowledge. I am not gonna fall for that trick anymore, and I'll scream in all this platform until I am heard.
