Disgusting service

Wish I could allocate a zero here. I'm incredibly frustrated with MTN. The customer care line?? What a joke! Its just levels of disgusting service, im actually embarrassed for mtn.

I'm trying to call regarding a lost device and it's like pulling hair, stand by strand. Why the hell is mtn so expensive when the staff behave as though they should be government workers?
