Disgusting Service

On the 28th of August I got signed up for home wifi month to month and I paid online same time, 31st of August the router got delivered to me by DSV but the biometrics machine couldn't verify my fingerprints and the driver couldn't give me the router and sim card. From then I haven't got anything, someone is working on my query but when the MTN consult called she was so rude and I don't understand why such people are hired to deal with customers, out of everything but the consultant's attitude and hearing her laughing with her colleagues in the background while on the call makes me understand why I haven't got the router when I've already paid.
