Disgusting Service

I went to Mtn to do an upgrade and the gentleman helping me called his manager twice to put her password into the system and she point blank refused to assist. I am disgusted in the fact that not even a manager can do her job. The manager of the store is Elaine Hloniphile Baloyi Needless to say the upgrade wasn't done and we walked out of the store.
