Disgusting Service

Firstly 1 took out a sim only deal Contact for R 239 that includes 20gig anytime and 20gig night express and an MTN pocket router, then on the 4th of August i received the sim only, called customer care and was advised the contract i qualified for is R 199 20gig anytime and 20gig night express even though that was not the agreement i had telephonicaly with the consultant when i took out the contract... 2nd consultant then did the math and advised me to buy a router cash instead of wanting to cancel the contract.. I then accepted the R 199 contract... Today when they loaded my monthly package i only received 10gig called customer service and was advised that's the contract i took out.... I'm so disappointed and disgusted in MTN as everything went wrong from the day i received my sim and all consultants i spoke to cant answer me... I'm not interested in this contract anymore as it doesn't make financial sense and this is definitely not what i agreed i need MTN to listen to the 1st call i had with the sales consultant and advise me if im being unreasonable.
