Disgusting service

I posted the below review on the 17th and have still had no feedback

'MTN Service is disgusting. i have called them numerous times to complain about a 1 Gig 1 day bundle that keeps getting added every day, i did not buy the bundle and i did not approve any payment for a bundle. this has been happening for almost a month now i have tried stopping the offending bundle. trie 135, 136, 155, i have no bundles to delete, reverse or stop. and i am still getting a 1gig 1 day bundle everyday i refuse to pay for this. I also noticed that my payment failed laST MONTH I PAID THE AMOUNT MANUALLY AND AM NOW BEING TOLD I OWE YOU MONEY. I PAID 1008 AS PER MY INVOICE. i have been with MTN for more than 20 yrs and am very disappointed in the disgusting service, that has just got worse and worse every year'

either the service department just does not care or MTN management also just does not care about bad reviews
