Disgusting Service

I am Absolutely DISGUSTED with the **** service I have received from you! For two months in a row my account has been suspended "due to non-payment" yet I pay every single month without fail! This is really unfair to me as a customer of yours that has 3 different contracts. Every time I phone 135 I am just on hold for over half an hour at a time and no one answers the Damn phone. I will NEVER recommend MTN to anyone ever again!!!!!! The first chance I get I will be moving to a different more reliable service provider!
