Disgusting service

I had an interaction with a call centre Njabulo Mthethwa from the Randburg call centre. Not professional at all. Was too quick to give me a reference number when i was still busy enquiring. Ref no ***. I still did not get the proper explanation of why I am owing if i paid the full amount.
