Disgusting Service

THE WORST Service very disappointing, I have been without internet day in and day out bare in mind I have a home based business,having no internet is not an option, after paying my monthly installment with endless internet issues I decided to cancel, they wanted me to pay a cancelation fee and bring back the router after I've been paying monthly with hardly any internet service I disputed this with them and I've been sending out emails to legal and collections with absolutely no response to this day, I then had to get myself another internet provider and switched my router of Mtn off and kept calling up regarding this dispute with them to find out they've been billing me still and my current bill is 5000 now currently they are refusing to assist me and demanding ne to pay the 5000 rand because I still have the router not taking into account I have not had any internet not taking into account that I have disputed and called up to cancel. They are demanding me to pay this from the collection department when I call, and they keep saying email legal about this which I have done it's almost a year now down the line, and now I am told it will go onto my credit record if I don't pay, I will not recommend Mtn to anybody out there, they are unhelpful, and there service is disgusting!
