absolutely pathetic after supporting this network for so long! went in store and app**** for a contract , got approved only to be told they can't do the debi check mandate it's not working , went to the store again they still can't fix it , I then proceeded to try online seeing as everything was done it was just the bank details, i was called back and they said it was a glitch on their side , they will cancel the instore one and finish with the online one , the next day no one calls back ... after finally getting through to them I'm told they can longer offer me the contract , at this point I'm like what has changed in two days and they say when it was cancelled my credit score went down , now I'm without a device because of their incompetence , even the main offices could not assist the consultant in store , they have lost a customer
