Disgusting service by MTN Boulders Store

My name is Busisiwe Kolweni on 11 October 2023, I booked in a Samsung s22 for repairs after I had used it for only a month. The said was booked at MTN Boulders and I was informed that I will get it within 7 to 14 days. Today is the 1st of November 2023 and my phone is not with me. On Monday the 23rd of October 2023,I got a message saying the phone has been returned to the stored and will have to fetch it within 4 days. Monday the 30th of October I visited the store to fetch the phone only to be told that it's not there. Surprisingly, when I called MTN call centre I was informed that the Boulders store received my phone on the 23rd of October 2023.This service is disgusting, mind you I am paying for the phone and it's new, I have only used it for a months and picked up that it has a battery issue. A hour ago I called mtn to request the details of the person that received the phone in Boulders and I was informed that they have requested the information from Samsung since repairs were done by them and not mtn.
