Disgusting service by MTN
I have been phoning army expense several times and when I get to speak to someone, they cut the call. This is utterly ridiculous. The service is pathetic. I will not recommend MTN to any one. I phoned 083135 several times, go through all the prompts, on hold for 30 minutes plus only to get cut off. I want my contract cancelled.

27 Jun 2022, 22:11I visited the Bluff store and was told I cannot be helped so I need to phone the Retention Dept. This was after another 30 minutes of waiting for service. Why must I phone Retentions to cancel my contract when I had opened the contract at the Bluff MTN store. I cannot understand this at all. There is no value given to customer service any longer. MTN only wants to sell but doesn't attend to issues AT ALL. Trying to speak to an agent in the call centre is another catastrophic failure. Pathetic service from Bluff MTN.
