Disgusting service

I requested my contract to be canceled on the 28 of May 2025, now my SIM card has been ricabed, for what reason, I don’t know, when I call MTN I can’t get assistance, am being transferred from different departments, when I go to the store no one helps me, am told to call the customer service, coz on the system my number is ricabed!!!

With which number? while my number is being ricabed,

My contact has not being canceled when I request a cancellation on the 28 of May n I have a reference no.

I advised to keep my number on prepaid not for my number to be ricabed

The service I got from MTN is disgusting, am inconvenienced, I can’t use my number

And non of the consultants seems to help me.
