Disgusting service

I have been trying to resolve a data issue/ query and I have received the most disgusting rude and unhelpful so called service from every call centre department I was shoved over to, I must have been transfered to about 5 different departments if not more because each person was either rude and didn't want to help me or didn't know how to do there job still with no help I have resorted to emailing the complaints department 7days ago which say they will try get back to me within 24 hours it is now 7 days later with no response, how is a company allowed to run like this, this is the worst service ever received and it's the second time MTN has done something like this
